Curriculum Advocacy – Nevada

“Nevada Assembly Bill 261 passed the state legislature and was signed into law by the governor on 5/29/2021.The bill mandates “education to provide diversity and inclusivity in the academic standards and curriculum.” The bill covers all minority groups, not just Asian Americans. Many people and groups are working diligently on the implementation phase of this bill.
