Registration refund policy
• Convention registration fee can be refunded upon written request to info@ucausa.org (subject line: Refund) by ?????. A full refund minus $20 processing fee per ticket will be issued within 7 business days to the same credit /debit card used. There will be no refund issued after ???????.

Discounted Hotel Room Rate For Our Guests:
• UCA have secured hotel rooms at discounted room rates for our Convention guests at Hyatt Regency .
• Room rate starts at $169.00/night for a standard room with maximum of double occupancy.
• The number of rooms the hotel has reserved for our Convention guests at the discounted rate will only accomodate less than 1/3 of the Convention attendees, so hurry if you want to book the room. It’s on a first come first serve basis.
